Yer spot on John, if it wasnt there ud be tortured and like this a clean out with the 130 with the bucket turned once every few days keeps everything right  This is used to make sure everything going into the Trio logwasher is below 65mm as any thing bigger breaks the wear plates on the screws of the washer.ie all material is prescreened and the stones are then crushed so theres not alot put thru this wee lady but in the past we had it working for months on end making 4 inch ,its got a .
much easier life now.

Any body have to deal with SBM crushers :!: They had a mobile impact model (a great big mother) with a Volvo penta engine driving a (i think) 350 Kva alternator. Fully remote controlled from excavator to be able to move main discharge belt 120 degrees, over size, fines and 3 more screened belts. All with 3 phase motorized rollers. There aren`t many in the country ,thank god ,had missfortune to of keeping two of the bloody things running  , had two control panels the size of large cupboards with about 100 miles of wire. even had good sparkes open the doors look for a second and walk away never to be seen again  Any way they were supplied by blue machinery, anybody seen this type of crusher :!:

not fed any crushers, but our family company specalises in crusher repair and i recon i have the biggest collection of smashed crushers!, i recon every crusher in ireland and a lot from the mainland has been in our shop for repair. we have close working releationship with the big makers, terex-pegson,metso and finlay-terex-powerscreen and sandvick. its amazing how something as robust as a rock crusher can be so broken up!. here is a picture of one that had been fully overhauled and the crane dropped it onto the ground breaking the flywheel off !!

A few pics of Tarmac`s Nordberg jaw & Screen. The Norgberg is a 1996 Lokotrack LT100,47 tons, with hammer & operating cab.The screen is a Powerscreen Warrior 1800 3 way finger.Feed by a 2008 Cat 330DL,& my hammer in support. The crusher has just been overhauled inc the hammer,& the Cat did have a q/hitch but something broke on it.Its been repaired but they have`nt botherd putting it back on.They need to get a bigger bucket for the Cat as if the Komatsu PC600 goes down, the Cat has to load the 775F`s,which take forever with the fitted bucket.Colin the 330 driver is very invious of my 2.2c/m rock bucket
