Some pictures of a very heavy demolition machine. The cat 5110b Tripple. This is the perfect machine for heavy demolition.

It IS impressive, especially the way the cab tilts back, saves getting neck ache but must feel strange.

Re: Cat 5110b Tripple
Well i think this is a 5110b!!! I first noticed this on saturday as i was driving past the docks, unfortunatly i didnt have my camera with me, but i went back yesterday to get a few pictures of it. I think it may be working within dover docks itself, as it has moved from when i saw it on saturday. Im afraid the pictures aren't the best as my camera was on full zoom trying to get the snaps, and so the quality isn't as good. Anyway hope you enjoy!

Re: Cat 5110b Tripple
Outstanding photos of an outstanding machine thanks for posting guys
I can imagine your surprise to see that beast lurking in British waters, it looks like its on a barge full of scrap metal?
I think jobs would not come better that that, pulling buildings down in a cat 5110B oh yes i'd be early for work every day!
Did any 5110B's ever make onto the UK's shores?
Keep posting the photos
Regards

I've got a feeling it is removing an old tanker sunk during the second world war on purpose across the entrance into Dover docks to protect against a Gerry attack!
