Re: Armoury Demolition
Today I made a fleeting trip down to Willenhall to see how the building of the new Morrisons superstore was proceeding.
Well this would appear to be an even larger project than it first appeared to be because Armoury were demolishing even more buildings on the site.
I will only post the Armoury pics here there are some others and I haven't yet decided which category they will best fit into

Re: Armoury Demolition
Just a couple of shots or so for today. I have been told that there is more demolition taking place here next week so guess I 'll be taking a trip over there.

Re: Armoury Demolition
Hey Mate, Great pics! Love the 470's and 225's! Did you manage to get any clear shots of the 225?
Can wait for the new pics of the other demo!

Thanks Joe,
I think I may have a couple more shots of the 225 I will have to look and see, if I have I will post em but it won't be tonight.
I will be returning to this site on Monday so I hope to get plenty more shots of the demolition being carried out.

Re: Armoury Demolition
I see that Armoury are involved in the clearing of an old carpark in central Birmingham.
I have no idea what is to be built on the land there but what is interesting is that they have uncovered the foundations of buildings that once stood there, and they appear to be carefully removing the earth from around them and not just ripping them out
Here are a few of the pics I took there today.

Re: Armoury Demolition
Here are a few shots of the site in general as I say this was a level carpark previous to it being excavated.

Re: Armoury Demolition
Hi Joe glad you like the pics and yes you are correct there aren't that many Hitachi rubber ducks around, when I first saw it from a distance I thought it was a Doosan.
I only have one more really good side view pic and this is it.
