Never seen one of them before , is it in UK ? where does the driver sit ?

Local firm used to run two simila mixers in the early 70s.
They were self loading and made by an Italian company, (can't remember the name).
They were purpous built ,not mounted on a tractor.

I had a leaflet years ago for something like Fred has posted. The driving position swings either way, tho perhaps not with Fred's driver

I seem to remember they were Europian and had a cab option.
The tractor based machine looks like a Ford 5000 skid.
