An old Walters Fuel/water bowser
This is on Walters' yard, don't know if it's for water or fuel, but I'm leaning towards Fuel.

Looks like an old Haulamatic dumptruck converted to water bowser. If it were fuel it would have flamable stickers all over for elfin safety.
