Good to hear Jeremy, I was already wondering if I was the only one who'd fancied the "delivery to site" wagons more then the actual wagons on display...
But there were some absolute gems among the "show" wagons, Bonzo Bear being one of them

Saw these at the Dorset steam fair, they were mainly used to haul the older stuff to the fair and therefore weren't part of the show, but I did found them much...er... intriguing...

That first one, Steve - I've never seen a 6 x 4 Highwayman-type before! A rare truck. Can you tell from the original who the operator was? these style of low loaders sure look different to what I am used to seeing I have often wondered how they jack them back up with a big load on as I feel it would be fairly easy to punch a hole in the road with the jack base Paul As with most things, even the roads were far more better in those days...

You lot weren't too far off though, think I've read somewhere that they were, 1. AutoCar 2. Oshkosh 3. Maggie D 4.
