Not sure what winch that is either, but it's a 3-point linkage mounted version rather than a permanently fitted one
But the underside view is most useful and I can get from that a bit more information of where the permanently fitted winch bolts on!

Still looking for pictures of the winch fitted to a County. My understanding is it bolts on the the rear axle housings, and there is a chain drive from the PTO to the winches. Or anyone have a County Highlander in the South East I could have a look at and a measure??

I see also the Forestry Commission in later years used specially converted International crawlers . Apart from the information on the forestry memories website anyone have any more info on these machines, or indeed any of the long wide track crawlers? Almost seems enough of a subject for a book!!
