Hey Thanks JCB4cx, but after Mambo's observation, I'm fairly sure it really is the MF3303 as I downloaded a brochure and the great colour picture of the dash, seat and controls match my own exactly. but the guy at cliffords tractor parts in trall said its a MF3305 ! if it has dry bra...

The TM was up to a fair bit of weight, I suppose it would have grossed 24t in the UK

Some good photos and thanks for posting. I like the Whitlock loading the Thames, the dawg looks comfy.
The Inchgreen must be rare, is that the machine talked about on here a few years back?

I drove Dad's 1963 203 with 220 as a boy but on my first farm job driving the M reg MF 40 with instant reverse and operating the hoe in the cab was huge leap forward. The 203 was a good little tractor and did everything for us including turning and baling hay.

Who was the young bloke? The download for the 3303/5 models was good. Interesting how the call the king post offset Power slide, that must be before JCB collared the name. I reckon the MF with the instant reverse would have given every other marque a run for its money in that era, especially with th...

I wonder if it is an MF 50B loader with MF 220 hoe/digger hanging off the back??
edit
Just read Mambo's post, he is no doubt right. The boom is solid unlike the 220. So the tractor would be the big brother of the 203 and 205?
The 50 designation must have been introduced in the late 60's.
