Colin & Martyn, I am very suprised to hear that you find the Hitachi's uncomfortable, I must admit I really like them and always have, my first Hitachi was a UHO7 which was a bit of a handfull to operate but the hydraulics were outstanding, as I recall that machine was a recon by the then Hitac...

Yeah, great machine, rubbish quickhitch. You're right it is Mr HEs design, it's terrible. It's called the masterhitch and only masterhitch buckets will fit. You can't reverse the bucket which I found a real pain :x . I had a couple of problems with the hitch and even HE Services fitters say it's ru...
