Burst a pipe as you do. Put the new one on in less than five minutes, then spent the rest of the day trying to top up the oil. At a rough guess it was probably taking a pint every 10 minutes Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it's so slow?? It's a JCB 3MkII btw

Thanks for the offer Steelfab but I still have quite a bit of muck to shift inside the cab first! Just last week I cleaned out about 6in of soil,hay, hydraulic oil and two coats from the rear footwell

The boots on my Dads machine are slowly disintegrating and I'd like to get some new ones to keep the dirt away. Had a quick look on eBay and came up with nothing. Does anyone know where I can get some and what sort of price I'd have to pay? Cheers

Looking to tidy up my fathers JCB (3MkII). Just wondering how I go about draining the hydraulic oil and replacing the filter. How much oil do I need? Are there any other things I need to do? Thanks in advance

It's a JCB 3mk II. The handthrottle is ok but you only have to rest your heel on the footthrottle and it revs it way too much. I downloaded the workshop manual and had a look through it but came up with nothing Anyone have any pointers??
