I think you are spot on - a 182M is all I can think of too. Think I have seen a picture of it being transported on a girder trailer at some point.

Saw this today and couldn't help think that the only winch seemed a bit bodged on?! Specially with the cable guide looking a bit home made!

Im guessing it is an auxiliary winch and the main one has been removed for this job?

I'm no H&S buff but would have thought they would be red hot on safety at this kind of event. No PPE, several people instructing the driver, stepping on moving forklift forks, squeezing under a live machine without speaking to the operator, forklift zipping around all over the place etc, etc - l...

Thought they'd be a bit slicker loading this! Looks like a H&S nightmare!
