Re: B250D hydraulics question(s)

Not sure about this model but if you set up a spool valve from the tipping pipe it will still be necessary to have the lift arm control lever in the raised position and therefore I don't think the lift arms will be independent. Does this tractor have an external hydraulic pump mounted on the engine?

Re: Classic Trucks with Plant

Love the way the Chaseside 500 driver leans out of the cab for a better view. I remember doing that on our old one when I was about 12. Shame I do not have a picture of it anywhere. The G cab look huge on the Terrier.

If you are not looking for originality what about grafting on an early 3CX cab? Obviously more work but a better cab with a proper frame. I think there are pictures on here but certainly on the net.

Re: 3C Mk II and Mk III cab dimensions ? (and Happy New Year everyone) !

You would be probably best to find some physical measurements. My guess would be the cab footprint would be near enough the same but the 111 has a cut out for the step through entry and the front near side mount will be different because of this.

Re: Classic Trucks with Plant

Tony I am sure that last Scammell photo was in a book that I had as a kid.

Was the Ergo a bit of a come down after the F88? :)

Thanks for all the photos.
