I would think it should be pretty easy to get re wound

Other than that just unbolt it and head off to the local tractor wreckers with the starter motor in hand and compare what's lying about

I would jack the bucket up and cut dome angle iron the right length to support the ram so the bucket is off the ground
Use a chain block to pull the bachoe up
I reckon you might need to operate the spool vlave levers to allow the oil to flow bfrom the ram's
