cant see tctractors doing that D8.Its too clean in that workshop.perhaps if it is in a swamp or worse........

circa 1974/5,last 68a,just before 8ks.
This tractor has had reacent frame out rebuild.It should be good for a few years yet!

D8 UK lowloader pics

Not the normal truck in these parts,
Just got the D8 back off site.Will steam clean,service and probably park up for winter.Just a few little jobs need looking at with the track frames but nothing serious.Got work lined up in March if weather is ok.

Hi Tony,we checked the eq bar etc when the nose cone,engine and tranny were out.it seemed ok. The frames are ok to leave on but I would rather have them off to do the wear strips etc.many of the track guard bolts and wear strips arent great and allthough the idlers are 60%good they need shimming etc...

Hi Nick,good name, That pic was taken last month.Its a rebuild about 90% finished.I only send it out about 2/300 hrs a year.its due back in shortly having clocked up about 250 hrs this year.It will be receiving track frame attention over the Christmas break as theyre not as good as they look.the res...
