I've always thought the Whitlock mechanism looked weak, especially for downward pressure on the arm. Those slender links look incredibly easy to bend. Bet there weren't many Whitlocks doing the Joe Bamford trick of driving Cadillacs under the rear arm. I agree , more complexity metal and joints , b...

Milling head

Hello
My Austrailian connection, (see paving equipment), used this milling head on an excavator to cut a vertical wall in sandstone on a road widening job, saving the need for a retaining wall.
