[Would there be a small idler cog each side of the center wheel just behind the tyre so the chain runs up over then has a good wrap around under the cog then up over the other idler to keep the chain in contact? The top chain could then run over a third higher idler to keep it up out of the way of ...

I'm not so sure about the Austin - wings and roof look right, not convinced about door glass and repeater indicators....
