Well Martyn its like this if they gave me the keys I belive that I would not have seen the safety officer as it is hard to see him under the tracks , they would not give me keys. but I have to admit that not all safety officers are like that.

Well done Mark , I knew a bit about the 413 but not the 423 or 428, I have to admit that after looking at them I don't see any difference you might be correct, I have a lot of homework to do by the looks of it. Thanks again Mark
