Coke was a by-product of coal after gas extraction, very light non dense material. The loader really looks like an adaptation of the 2H. Model.

Might pay to put a bar under the rear wheel when off the ground to check the wheel bearing. I found, admittedly years ago, that an UTTO off the shelf allowed brake chatter.i I have also found similar with a Manitou based New Holland telehandler.
