White Cab JCB 3CX Wiring Diagram
I have a White Cab JCB 3CX which was vandalised some time back before it came into my possession, as a result I have no power to the fuse box, although the main white feed wire has a bridge connection which allows the engine to start. I need a wiring diagram for this machine or someone who may know ...

Re: Hymac 580C restoration
Hi Jeremy, I have a new cab for my Hymac, it came of an ex British Waterways machine and was in really good condition. My brother painted it for me and made a very good job of it. I didn't fit when I should have and it's been moved about my place quite a lot so now I'll have to carry out some slight...

Re: Hymac 580C restoration
Hymac 580C information I received about my machine, it was originally owned by George Wimpey sold by mistake to Travis Perkins then to a farmer then a scrap merchant then I bought it. The information above was given to me by the Scottish General Sales Manager who was involved with the machine at the...

Hymac 580C restoration
Recently I decided to carry out some work on my Hymac 580C which I have owned for sometime now.I originally started restoring it a couple of years ago but got busy on other work, so it was put on the back burner. At the end of July 2019 I decided I better get cracking on it, I recently posted some p...

Re: Hymac 580C control l;ever conversion
I thought as I was replacing the cab on my Hymac 580C I would see if it was possible to change the control levers. I think I may leave it for now and continue on with more important jobs on the machine. http://www.classicmachinery.net/forum/images/userpix/731_1UHL92NITY4LI1564917439.jpg http://www.c...

Hymac 580C control l;ever conversion
Is it possible to find original Hymac pilot pressured control levers to fit onto my Hymac 580C with normal machanical linkage levers? I believe the pilot pressured control levers were first fitted to later models like Hymac 890 and 690.

Re: Junttan Piling rigs
Used Junttan pile hammer on a few occasions did think much of them always had some problems with them. I prefer IHC, now that's a good reliable hammer. Although in the past I used the good old stinky Menck-i a good hammer as well. I drove 700 x 80m x 2m plus piles with a good old Delmag 22-68 diesel...

Re: Removing & Replacing Tracks on Drott B100
I'm glad I managed to get the Drott track frame removed, had to use a lot of heat. Found out that four out of the five bottom rollers are needing replaced. As usual the last bolt just didn't want to come out even with the nut removed, so it was done to a lot of heat and quenching it with water sever...

Re: Removing & Replacing Tracks on Drott B100
Just an update on things. I manage to pick up a full set of taps, quite easily as it turned out. Unfortunately I been very busy on other jobs this week and haven't been able to get back onto the track bolt but hope to over the weekend.
