Re: Manitou MB25C Accumulator

I think that some gas accumulators can be pre-charged with "lots" of pressure and then you can release pressure until it works as expected.
Some accumulators can have the pressure "recharged" by a hydraulics shop if you release to much pressure.

Re: translation please

... I translated the text using their own sites option, but it came out in Finnish, doesn't appear to offer to translate to Swedish oddly, ... If this was in December it might have been while that translation function was under development. I think it should be running ok now. English Swedish: Load...

The colour might have been bleached by the sun over the years but if you start by cleaning it up by using some kind of polish or rubbing you will get the right colour.

Re: Benford PS 3000 dumper, are they any good?

Hi Craig! At a distance of 100 m I would prefer to use my hook lift trailer (if it would fit, it is 2,55 m wide). Wheel loaders is another way to go but at 100 m? Almost to far for a wheel loader if you ask me. But I´m sure that a site dumper would be useful. I will keep reading the ads and see what...

Thanks Graham! I know that Terex/Benford are the same: http://www.terex.com/main.php?obj=category&action=BROWSE&cid=381ec2a6462ccda6e49f4943a642300d&nav=prod I have found the Swedish importer and will ask them about spare parts availability, a very important matter! Electrical pr...

Re: Benford PS 3000 dumper, are they any good?

Here is an older (but cheaper) one: http://www.blocket.se/lund/Dumper_3_ton ... ?ca=12&w=3 The ad says that it has a dry clutch whitch tells me that it has a manual transmission. That tells us that it is really old? And it looks quite beaten up under the new glossy paint, doesn´t it? This one is...

Benford PS 3000 dumper, are they any good?

Hi! Does anyone know anything about Benford site dumpers? The one on the pics are said to be a 2002 model having 2300 hours on the clock. Is 2300 hours on a seven year old dumper realistic? That would make 328 h/year. Are they not used more than that? Are there any weak points on those? Anything tha...

Re: Servo controls

Hi Robert, It depends who makes electric servos i guess . .... And the adjustment of them. I don´t know that much about them but there are lots of adjustments in those electronic mystery boxes. If those adjustments are wrong the machine will be teribble to drive. And this goes for the hydraulic ser...
