Hi Paul ah ha mystery solved ! I was almost sure there was only the one H52 down here in the south. I wonder how many actually came to the uk. I have found some photos of this locomotive taken in May 1975.We stopped it being cut up at Swindon works by giving it a paint job.It was then purchaced by the Western Loco Assc. It has been in preservation for a few years now.The WLA hope to get it passed for main line running.Around £90k will be ...
