The bridge collapse was at Boroughbridge late war or just after , two Diamond T 's of Pickfords , caused chaos because it was the A1 at the time!
Note the armoured bulldozer with Allied Star in the river helping recovery.

That JCB Hi Viz dumper looks interesting, forward vision on the big dumpers is bad specially with a heaped load.

After a lot of googling :) I reckon it's a WINGET. Don't know which model but here is a pic of the 4B 2000 which shares many characteristics but maybe a later year .
