You can get this model direct from Kavanagh's website, not sure how many Paul has had done, but I believe they are going very quick

Sam Hi Sam, As far as I know Gottwald now concentrate only on harbour cranes, they came out of the market for mobile cranes a while back, and Demag took over that part of the business, ...

Not sure if you have read R.J.(Dick) Lloyd's book "40 years a salesman", he mentions his time with R.H. Neal back in the early sixties, may be of some use.
