Just finished getting all the broken bits out from the gearside of the pilot. Not only is the mag gear gone but the camgear has damage that will hurt the crank gear if I dont repair, or change that as well. Not a lot of luck hunting down a bloke called "Ian" through this thread by past pos...

Removed the pilot today,,Figured out it threw a rollpin at speed from the mag drive and caused the coupling to lock up..

Hi Mate , The fuel tank is under the seat and ive blown by mouth with the vent pipe blocked through the filler cap to get fuel running freely (and siphoning well) out of a pipe union just prior to the pump..I,ve given the primer plunger on the pump a good workout and managed fuel to the filter..Then...
