Re: Ih 3434 hydraulic filters problem

Hi George. I remember these filters from my days in Saville Tractors parts in the 1980's. Their phone number is 01789 205803. Go...

Re: Plant and machinery publicity leafletts

I was not the typical 10 year old kid in 1970 who looked forward to a copy of the Beano or Dandy dropping through the letter box each week. No, I looked forward to opening Construction News on a Thursday morning particularly if I could see there was a shiny A3 sized poster inside advertising a JCB 3...

Re: INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER BTD6 DROTTS.

I worked for Saville Tractors in Stratford-Upon Avon until the late 80's and remember the workshop very well. The chap with the black jacket on was John Kinchin who was the Publicity Manager in those days. I am not sure who the other two gents are. In 1985 we moved out of Harvester House and it was ...

Re: Mystery backhoe loader

Interesting to see a 260A again. The company I worked for after I left school in the mid seventies had one in their yard one day when they were looking to replace some John Deeres. They never bought one, but some years later I worked for Saville Tractors in Stratford-Upon-Avon and to the best of my ...
