Thanks Fred, that's really helpful. I have oiled around as you recommended and found some 2BA cheesehead screws to fill the oil holes. Thanks for your input there. The rack is free, that was our first port of call and in fact all the linkages are free and well lubricated. I'm wondering if its an internal to the governor or fuel pump problem perhaps?
