I recall visiting their yard just outside Devizes several years ago,it had all been cleared.

C & P have finished, the yard is now used by Reids involved in soil stabilizing and plant hire repairs etc I live just by it.

Tatra 813,s

Narbonne France 1998 with two Tatra 813,s between rounds of the Europa Truck Trial. Driver of the Kenworth shook my hand on arrival at our destination in admiration as I had kept up with him all the way from Spain and he did,nt think it was possible :bow: . I got about 3 mpg out the Scania :arrrrgh:

MAN with Tatra 813

MAN with Tatra 813 - British team vehicle for the 1998 Europa truck trial competition. I had great times driving around Europe with this but every stop that I made had to allow an extra hour or so to answer questions have photos taken etc :dizzy:

Rare little backhoe I used to operate/maintain back in the late 80,s Only one in the UK I was led to believe. This is a scan of the sales brochure mine had a full cab.

Hi Norm, would it be possible to separate them will make starting much easier and safer. As you have removed the heads maybe worth checking the bumping clearance ie distance between cylinder head and piston at TDC as you mentioned in an earlier post about being to much compression this can be adjust...
