Re: Jones Cranes.

Just found some pictures of an old crane on a Dutch forum:

http://www.bouwmachineforum.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7708

Judging by the wheels it looks like a Jones crane.

Who knows more?

More pictures of Neal cranes used by Van Leeuwen Buizen (Lion Tubes) in The Netherlands.
- DOES ANYONE KNOW WHICH MODELS THEY ARE (WERE) AND MORE TECHNICAL DETAILS?
- WHO WAS THE DISTRIBUTOR IN THE NETHERLANDS THESE DAYS? Was it Wynmalen & Hausmann?

Re: Jones Cranes.

Here a picture of a Jones crane active in the 60s at Van Leeuwen Buizen (Lion Tubes) in the Netherlands. Looking at the brochure posted by David Shearer it seams to have been a type KL44.

Re: muir-hill tractors

Here is a picture of Muir Hill tractor used bij Van Leeuwen Buizen in the 50s and 60s (Lion Tubes) in The Netherlands. It was adapted for shunting railroad cars. When it came at you, the front wheels were allways swaying slightly. They never could get this right.

I'm looking for history, photographs and names of types before 1959 when they were bought out by Coles. Here are some pictures of Neal cranes used by Van Leeuwen Buiz...
