To get it down they are going to place a smaller TC on the very tip of the building, then erect a derrick crane to get that one down, then take that down in pieces in the lift.

An update from the Shard. This building really is some height and still has 80m to go. They have recently installed the latest tower crane to finish the tower. No im not I work in the management side of construction but have always liked the wolffs.
