There were two CMC (Poclain) track loaders, C11 and C21 both launched in the earliest 70's. Not the best products by Poclain. Shovelman, Because of the cab decoration I think yours is the PC450 Dash7, while mine is the Dash8 one. Concerning the bucket cylinders attached outboard on the stick, it was not that strange some years ago in Poclain or O&K front shovels. http://www.classicmachinery.net/forum/images/post_img/95...
