Hello Chris,
Outstanding digger and brochure collection.
Quick question - do you have a brochure for the JCB 3c MK III with Power Train?
Cheers

Yes Tim in this instance there was only one made

Hi Jeremy,
Any reasons for only making one. I would have thought that the market for a Hymac crane would have been pretty healthy.

Re: J C BALLS New JCB JS360LC
HI , It realy makes you wonder ,is it Design faults or a workforce who doesnt give a damm about quality? My 8080 at 62 hrs had an injector pump stuff up . Not jcbs fault by any means, but the fitter discovered the intake had dust in it, due to a faulty plasticJCB air filter houseing,When he returned...

Re: J C BALLS New JCB JS360LC
Okay - you've managed to depress me. I don't work in the plant industry, (I own a JCB 3C Mk3 Build 5 which I am restoring) so I rely on your personal experiences of modern JCB machines (I personally think the latest JCB machines look pretty sharp). It's 2009 and JCB, the last surviving significant U...

Hello John,
I have a JCB 3C MK3 Build 5 and I agree with v64paul. The tacho cable is connected to the top of the timing cover by the radiator.
Cheers

Re: JCB Archive pics
I've never driven a 3CX. Can't say the design of the 3C replacement ever did me any favours (one mans poison.....) :geek: . I like the old girl, the square design and over engineering. I have to say that she's a bit on the heavy side. Reversing her off a low loader (something I did for the first tim...

Re: JCB Archive pics
Please find attached a picture of my old girl (JCB 3C MK3 - Power Train).
She's wearing the wrong cab at the moment, but I'm going to get here a new(ish) one when I start the restoration later this year.
Cheers

Re: JCB Archive pics
I'd agree with Martyn on the 3D classification. The back actor is a monster compared to my 3C MK3.
Stunning pictures.
