Re: Thrown out every couple of minutes! :(

This Site is sadly a knacker job, to get on is near impossible, once here it kicks you off again, sadly I hardly bother now as it wastes so much time. best of luck tctractors

Re: Magneto refurb

What is the mag for Richard, I do have a few and some are fully re-built, mag's used to cost around a ton to be sorted, but now it can be around £700 depending on the type, Eisemann mag's are very complex items with a load of parts inside them,I also have parts like the fibre gears etc, I know I hav...

Re: Pond Life

I see there is a VC15 on Fleabay asking for around the 5 Large spot, they are a good bit lighter than those VC20's but they can get Earth bound (stuck) easy in bad muck, the 20's are a good bit of trouble off a firm setting unless every care is taken.

Re: Head off 3CX > Injector removal?

On the 4x98 Bathgate engine the copper sleeves can be changed as already said, but pressure testing them is a waste of time as after about 15psi a new head will leak from the sleeves, besides they are best tested with the injectors fitted, the inlet valves are locked in position via a woodruff key, ...

Re: Clutch stuck on 3c?

The Leyland Farm Tractor Clutch is the same fitted to D.Brown tractors although the plate drive changes from G/Box to PTO drive, the JCB single plate drive clutch also has the tube/sleeve and pin job, to remove the spigot shaft you have to remove the drilled screw bolt from the end of the Main input...

Re: New Posts / Unread Posts Problem

Well I have managed a few posts but the pages keep rolling about and the pictures keep playing up shrinking to end in peg box houses, plus the need to log in every few moments is becoming tough going, its only on this Site I have this issue, it possibly needs some "Gaffer Tape" on a Plug s...

Re: Digger Man Blog at Earthmovers

Wow, Aimee is really good with the gear and can "Reverse" a Trailer, she seems to also be tuned in to the task in hand making the work look easy and very smooth, great to see this working out well for the young Lady and credit to the kit owners for not being slow to spot a good worker. tct...

Re: Clutch stuck on 3c?

A common thing to find is the Flywheel bearing knackered it sits behind a bit of tin held in place by the F/Wheel bolts, I can recall changing a clutch on a 3C11 in a Lunch Break on the Quedgley By-Pass (A38 Glos) this involved undoing the floor plate bolts as the Digger was still working, then myse...
