Hi, just got back from Mongolia, yes I will upload some pics from our Coal Mine Home for a week then back out again, we have 2 more Liebherr 996 excavators to build. Getting warmer out there now, as it gets down to -40C in winter. We run Cat 793/785/777 dumptrucks, as well as Hitachi 3500 excavators...

Yes, that was us up in Risley with the 24,s All gone now. I heard Billy just had his 70th birthday party up in Buxton. Just home in France now for a week or so, then back out to Mongolia. Keep the pictures coming in.. I will up load some from our site in Gobi Desert, But I am afraid no scrapers out ...

Yes we sold Colin that 22A a good few years ago.
Was me ol mans first Tractor.
My mum had tears in her eyes when it left the yard in Wales.
Infact one of the last jobs I did for Col was change out the Main Clutch.

Last saw Merrimans scrapers at Hadiwell (Scotland) on hire to Levack's.It was the last time their 657A's worked.They were cut up in about 1990.I worked alongside some of theit D9G and 631C's about 1992.no pics :( Just joined site, served my time with Merriman, used to work on the 657.
