Re: UK no. plates

The tapes are available in black print on white and black print on yellow so all I need to do now is investi...

Re: Ford 3000 Steering Rod Question

Hi all, Certainly within the UK market the 4000 had the straight inverted U axle, one radius arm from the steering box to a single drag link and the track rod to the left of the engine as pictured. I'm sure the 3000 had a swept axle, two drag links/radius arms and no track rod identical to a Fergie....

For Sale - Ford D0607

Offering for a friend... Ford D0607 4x2 flatbed. It hasn't run for at least 10 years, but was in regular use when it parked. 4 cyl. engine, starter motor seems to be stuck so I don't know if it will turn over. The cab doesn't look too bad but the doors are rusty as are the cab steps. All glass prese...

Re: Wickham-Poole system

Sorry, it's got to be at least 15 years ago. There was a farm sale and they were in the long grass, not part of the auction. Farncome springs to mind.

Re: Wickham-Poole system

The County Tractors dvd has clips of tippers and bolster pipe trailers - I couldn't say which were Shawnee or Wickham. There used to be two of the bolster trailers in a field near Godalming. Probably gone now though.

The Pic of the Dennison's got it all.
Not one, but two very rare trucks, weird high clearance lgp dozers and some strange architecture. Brilliant!
