Hi Andy the pump looks original to me it is the same as the one fitted to my digger, the Commercial pumps were fitted to the early machines but the likes of the 580C was fitted with Hamworthy pumps instead. I would advise getting the pumps checked out as the ones on my 580BT were shot big time, then...

Yes Norman they were taken over by Hymac the Hymac backhoe loaders were basically Whitlock machines, Merton was also acquired.
