Re: 1982 3CX Rear Window Frame Parts

Anyone?? I have never taken one out myself but at best guess there will be some small hex bolts securing the aluminium frame to the mechanism which will be bolted onto the cab frame, sorry I can't help more, I would recommend having another pair of hands to hold the whole lot while the last bolts a...

Re: Chipping Steam Fair 2024

The Bristol 'up and over' loader was something which I had never seen in operation before, I did get some footage of it and will be uploading that to my YouTube channel as soon as time permits. Good to see CMN member Paul Argent there as well. http://www.classicmachinery.net/forum/i...

Re: Chipping Steam Fair 2024

The first lot of photos shows not one but two Atkinson Venturer dual drive heavy tractor units, the one in the CAMBRO livery is 240 Gardner powered the other by a trusty 14 liter Cummins. Pics now from the plant working field: http://www.classicmachinery.net/forum/images/userpix/112_5BOVAQ...

Re: Hymac 580BT 1969

Some half decent weather at last! :D I got up to my machines earlier this week, I did have one other previous visit where I did a small amount of cosmetic work on the Poclain. As many of you will no doubt be aware keeping machines outside they get covered in muck without doing any work, the 580BT lo...

Re: Classic pictures Updated 30/04/2024

Nice pics there Steve  I wonder what the army were trying to accomplish? Jeremy I was working on a housing site in Ripon once and the Royal Engineers based there asked if they could do a lot of our initial earthworks for practice ! Go ahead my son , saved us a lot of money . Maybe they are...
