What got me thinking I was helping to put a fan on a engine and it blowed the wrong way so we turned it over and it didnt change. Maybe some fans can be turned and some cant be. On some cats the blades can be turned by hand without unbolting them.

I would like to see one i have heard about them but never saw one. A older buddy told me about a Dozer that spun a bearing and they used one on it. It was a long ways from any thing so they used fence wire to run electricity to it.
